Moka Pot
Moka Pot: A traditional Italian stovetop coffee maker patented in 1933 by Alfonso Bialetti (based on an invention by Luigi De Ponti). Also known as a macchinetta, it brews a strong, espresso-like coffee by passing boiling water pressurized by steam upwards through finely ground coffee.
