Kiboko

Kiboko: An East African regional term, predominantly used in Uganda, referring to whole coffee cherries that have been naturally sun-dried before the hulling process. In this state, the coffee seed remains enclosed within its intact, hardened outer fruit and parchment layers, serving as the raw material ready for the dry milling stage.
