Judge: An official responsible for evaluating competitors' performances in World Coffee Events (WCE) competitions based on a strict set of standardized criteria. In the World Barista Championship, the judging panel is divided into three distinct roles: Sensory Judges, who evaluate the flavor, presentation, and overall experience of the beverages; Technical Judges, who assess the barista's workflow, equipment usage, and cleanliness; and a Head Judge, who oversees the panel, ensures calibration, and guarantees the rules are applied fairly.
