Chemex
Chemex: A classic, hourglass-shaped glass pour-over brewing device, invented by Peter Schlumbohm in 1941. It utilizes specialized, thick, bonded paper filters that are significantly denser than standard paper filters. This filtration process effectively removes a higher proportion of coffee oils and fine sediment, resulting in a distinctively clean, bright, and sediment-free cup of coffee.
