Clever Dripper

Clever Dripper: A manual pour-over brewing device that incorporates a stopper mechanism at the base, allowing for full-immersion brewing. By keeping the coffee grounds and water in contact for a set duration before releasing the draw-down, it combines the body and sweetness of French press immersion with the clarity of paper-filtered pour-over coffee.
